Can I still fight this?

Lawsuit, Florida DOT, and maybe even the media.... some keywords onto my next step due to I lost my case.... Forgive me for getting straight to the point but I just want this to be short and sweet! My main goal from the get go was not to have a moving violation on my clean record, is this possible though I lost my case?

Maybe. It depends on the violation. Find out if you qualify for traffic school and the violation may be kept off your record. You can usually only do this once every couple of years. Some violations do not qualify.

I heard of this traffic school thing.....So does that mean if I pay the ticket(which I'm ordered to do since I lost my case), citation shows up on record, do traffic school, and no more citation on record? And I just don't mean points, I mean points and the actual citation not showing up on MVR.

Since you have already been to court it may be too late for traffic school. It is usually done prior to the court date or you request it in court. You can contact the court and see what they say.
Yes, you still pay the total fine plus additional fees for traffic school, but the whole thing stays off your record as if it never happened.
