Can I sue a place of work which lies for my ex so he would not pay cs

The company my ex works for must be using a different social number for him. Child support has documented that the employer said this person is not employed there but I know he has been working there since 2003. Can I sue?

What evidence do you have that he is using a different social?

For that matter, what evidence do you have that he is still working there? We once received a child support order for one employee three days after he left our employment.

Why would the company lie so that he doesn't have to pay child support?
