I recently had dental surgery, up to the moment I was sedated, I was unaware of a "bone graft" procedure nor the expense of it.
I have paid all other charges on my account, but the dentist refuses to discuss this balance. My thought is I was not given the opportunity to accept or deny this procedure, nor made aware of the cost of it.
Am I not thinking clear or would I win?
