I was recently employed at a restaurant that is a bar, grill, and night club. I only worked for a week and was never paid. I'm owed $340 and about 5 or 6 others are owed about three weeks salary. Is there any way we can all get together and sue? And if so, does the limit in small claims apply to each person or the whole case? If anyone can tell me what i can do I would be very greatful.
