So I just purchased a used vehicle the end of last month, I signed the contract and even the financial contract and all paperwork was done and signed. two weeks later I received a message informing me to contact the finance company to finalize the loan, which I did and was told the loan had been finalized and I would receive a welcome packet in the, mail. Well just 2 days ago I was told the finance company needed to verify my employment by the end of the week, upon speaking to the finance company they informed me that it in fact needed to be verified by the end of business that day. I called and gave them the information they asked for to verify employment however before the end of day the finance company told me they already pulled the loan and would not finance me and that the dealership waited 3 weeks to send the contract so they didn't have enough time to verify my employment which is usually 30 days they stated. So now I have a vehicle that I have been driving for over a month and at this point I don't know if I'm going to have to turn it in or not. can I sue both the dealership as well as the finance company???

You WILL owe someone for the car you've been driving.
Read your contract.
It's all explained in the contract.

You can sue anyone you want to sue.

You won't win.

Read your contract.

If you want to minimize the pain, lessen the damage, contact the dealer and arrange to return the car.

The dealer might work with you, or offer you another option.

Generally you'll be told, return the car, and bring us a check for $200, $2,000, fill in the blank.
