Hello i have a neighbor who keep threating my family and playing pranks. He says he is goin to have my family kicked out and saying he is goin to have my 10mn old son taking away. Shooting fire works at house putting signs behind cars to fall and make noise and making threats with his hand like he is gunna cut my throat and gun shapes. I have told him i was goin to hurt him and said i was goin to knock him out but i have never pulled any crap like the signs and fire works what do i have to due to sue
