I would like to sue Sprint for the money I was charged to open an account ($600) as well as the termination fee ($200). I intend to terminate the account about 30 days beyond the termination cutoff date. This is because Sprint representatives continued to offer offer solutions to my problems when I called to cancel (three times) prior to the cut off date.
I was hoping I could also sue for the many calls to and time spent with (well over four hours) their customer service department.

Sprint appears to be VA based and I reside in NY, can I file a claim in NY against them?

Best Regards

Yes you can file in NY. Check with the Secretary of State to find out their registered agent.
