I was terminated from work as a qc technitian for gossiping and bickering but,i think it was retaliation because I told my immediate supervisor about having an interview with the human resource department about being harras by production packaging immediate supervisor who happens to be an illegal immigrant that was deported back around 2003 and re entered the country illegaly and which the company rehired being aware of it...

If there was a legitimate reason for your termination, any question of workplace retaliation would be denied. After all, if they had a good reason to fire you they didn't need to retaliate. It just gave them the perfect timing to terminate your employment.
