Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Can I travel to Mexico before I go to court?

I have made plans to travel to Mexico City , this month, to visit my daughter who lives there. I have been charged with felony retail theft, in Illinois, & I don't go to court until November. I was released from jail, without having to see a judge or having to post bail, just with orders to appear. Nothing else. Can I still continue my plans to visit her

What were conditions of the bond? In other words do you have some restrictions that came with bail? If not there shoud be no reason you cannot go.

If no conditions have been imposed upon you by the court, there should be no reason not to go for a visit. Just make sure you are back in time to appear in court.
