Can I travel to US with an opening Adjourned in Contemplation Dismiss?

HI, I have a pending ACD (Adjourned in Contemplation of Dismissal) which is still within the 6 month. I left the country immediately after. However, I need to travel to the US for business, would I be deny entry?

I suggest you ASK someone at the nearest US Consulate or US Embassy in London.

The US Government (through its proper officials) are the only ones qualified and able to answer yoru question.

But, why waste your money traveling here?
You're far better off in about 100 other great countries on this planet, including the UK.
