can i use a prayer for judgement?

i got a speeding ticket in august 08 for going 80 in a 65 in NC. this was my first traffic volation and anyone at my house. the court date is friday 10/10. i was involved in an accident in NC in which i received a failure to yeild to prevent an accident citation . the court date is 11/10/08. will this new citation make it pointless to try to use a PFJ for me speeding ticket?

You can either use your PFJ or try for a reduction to a nine over on the speeding ticket. I don't think they will let you use a PFJ for an accident but I am not positive on that point. Call the clerk of court and ask.

thank you for responding, I am not that worried about they accident citation right now but my main worry is that if I use a PFJ on this speeding ticked and then get charged with the failure to reduce speed citation will this bring back the speeding ticket charge?

To my knowledge, no, but call the DMV and ask to be absolutely certain.
