Can Landlord Change Locks-texas

If I give a 30 day notice, and am paid up, but am breaking my lease early, can the landlord change the locks on me within those 30 days? TEXAS

No; they cannot. This would be considered an "illegal lockout" and retaliation for you breaking your lease early.
