Can my Employer terminate me?

Im an H1b visa holder, however I'm still planning to consult a lawyer if my employer are in breach of contract. if they are and I sue them, are they allowed to terminate me for groundless basis?during the court case time frame can I transfer to a different employer?

What does your contract say?

I just saw your other post, which has a lot more detail. But you're really going to have to have an attorney review the contract, as the exact wording makes all the difference.
