Can my ex-wife homeschool without my consent?

My 12 yr old daughter has told me that her mom is considering homeschooling her next year. We have joint legal custody and she has primary physical custody-Just wondering if she can make that decision on her own or do I need to agree to it in order for it to be legal?

If the custody order allows her that privilege, yes. If the order says, it must be jointly decided, no. If the order is silent on school decisions, and you wanna have a say, it's back to court for you. I'm guessing you're gonna be going back to court either way.
