I am married and live in Arizona my husband and I have not yet filed for separation or divorce. My Husband and I are both on the lease until it expires on September 1, 2014. Can my husband in the meantime force me to move out or throw me out? What are my rights? and what can I do if he does throw me out.

If you're both lease holders, he can't evict you. However, the landlord can.

If he changes the locks, or anything of that nature, you do have legal recourse.

You are equal in marriage and equal on the lease.
He can't evict you.
He can't legally kick you out.
He can go to court and try to convince a judge to evict you.
Unless you've left some important facts out, most judges would laugh at him.

Here's the law on eviction in Maricopa County:

You can search for eviction law in other counties.

Good luck.
