can my lawyer not use my interrogation interview in court. She say that if the DA say he don't want to use then we can't use. But its apart of my discover packet.

It may be an issue of who can introduce it or establishing a foundation .... which the defense can certainly try to do. Not knowing what information it might contain that might help you, it's hard to say why your defense attorney seems to be sayiung he can't use it.

The interview, did you confess to something, admit to something, tell on yourself, etc???

How do you think such an interview where you RAT yourself out will benefit you at your trial?

I suggest you stop blabbing, discuss your case ONLY with your lawyer, or fire your lawyer, ask the court to appoint you another lawyer.

As far as I can tell, your lawyer seems to know her stuff, I'd shut up and do as she asks.

I need that interrogation video it would help me out. It show the police lied more then four times. An shows a lot more I shouldn't say here. I been looking around to see if I can find it in black an white but I only found that I can use my discover packet an its apart of my discover packet. So where else do I look

The police are trained to lie, in fact, its never in a suspect's best interest to say anything.

The police lies won't help you, assuming they did lie.

The police aren't on trial, you are.

Again, I suggest you discuss this with yoru lawyer.

When I say discuss, i mean don't ARGUE simply ask why using the video would harm you?

You need to understand why using that video is detrimental to you, more than you think it is useful.

trust me, you're aiding even more in your own conviction.

But, you can always fire your lawyer, or direct your lawyer to use it.

Before you do that, at least understand WHAT that will do to you.

It sure won't hurt anyone BUT you.
