My husband went to Home Depot today and bought two new showers. They are both the same shower and are both priced $39.97 with the sticker price tag on the package. All three showers that were the same and in the same rack were showing the price of $ 39.97. I do not know what the price was on the shelf.
When my husband went to pay for it, they told him the real price is $59.95. Because of the error they were willing to make the price $ 49.95. So still $ 10.00 more than the price tag. Can a retailer do this?
The store is situated in Oakland County, MI.
Thank you for your time and help in advance.
