ok recently me and my girlfriend got into a fight with sum ppl we dont know, and an 11 yr old boy it her in the face with a bat broke her nose and fractured a bone unda her eye, she is now still in the hospitial and they said she will be there for a while cuz she needs surgery,
my question is this.... she been living out here for 5 yrs on a visa she dont have no green card but she is n the process of getting her papers she has never been in anytype of trouble she is enrolled in classes and she is just trying to better herself can she sue the boy mother who in a citizen for pain and suffering????
no charges has been brought yet because we are trying to get the information on this boy and until we do we cant do anything but i just want to know in advance
