My sister filed my taxes for me this year. She changed my TurboTax account information so that it was her email and so the money went straight into her bank account without my permission. Her fiance willingly paid $1,000 towards my college after i had said i would not be able to pay him back. They paid for it anyway, now we no longer talk. I said that i would like all of the money i would be receiving for my tax return and she is refusing to give it to me and threatening to sue me for every penny she spent on me for food, clothes, etc. Will this hold up in court when i had said that i could not pay it back and she took my federal and state tax return without my permission?

You should start be reporting the person that filed your IRS tax return without your permission.
You should report her/him/them here:
...
How Do You Report Suspected Tax Fraud Activity?
...

Or, you can try reporting her/him/them to the police for IDENTITY theft.

You should also move out from her/his home within 24-48 hours.

By the way, what she/he. they did (filing and stealing your tax return) was unlawful.

Don't waste time on the internet yapping about it, report it to the IRS, police, sheriff, anyone who has power and will listen.

If she sues you for food and "stuff", she sues you.
Until she sues you, stop listening.
I doubt that is she sued you for food and shelter she or he would prevail ABSENT a written contract, signed by you saying you would pay her for her kindness.

She won't sue you. In doing so she will ultimately have to admit to committing a couple of federal crimes, maybe more.
Ignore the threats. They are just words.

IRS won't refund money to an account without the taxpayer's name on it.
