Hello And To Whom It May Concern!
My Husband And I Two Years Ago This Past August We Moved To A Mobile Home Park With Water And Garbage Included In The Lot Rent And We Signed A Lease Stating This. Well Just Recentley Management Posted A Note On Our Doors Plus Sent One By U.s Mail.it Said They Were Taking Our Lot Rent From $457.00 Now Down To $399.00 Due To Them Going To Start Charging For Water Now.and The Way They Said They Were Doing This Is By Taking All Mobile Homes In Here And Giving Everybody An Amount Of There Portion The Residence Is Paying 50% Of The Water Bill And The Management Of The Park Is Paying The Other 50% Of The Remainder Part Of The Bill.now My Question Is We Have A Bunch Of Water Main Breaks Here All Year Thru Now How Can They Justify This To The Residents Of This Community Park To Make It Fair To All Of Us.we Are Having A Meeting Tonight Is There Anything That You Can Tell Me That I Can Ask Questions To Where It May Be Helpful To All Of Us.how Can They Charge Us For Feeling Up The Pool And Other People Have More In There House Hold And Some Have Less.we Don't Have Our Own Meters They Are Just Going To Go By The Water Bill And The Number Of Residence And Divide How Much We All Owe.please Help Me As Too What Our Rights Are Here.cause As I Said When We Moved Here The Water Was Included And Now They Want To Charge.
