last weekend I recived A call from the sopposed Department of health selling some sort of vitamins Ihad said yes but then decided not to get them cause of the money and also not going to be home when they wanted to send . anyways they have been calling me and harrassing me and telling me that I'm in some big trouble with the law .Nothing was payed for ,it was COD and nothing was signed. Can they really Do something leagelly about that and if they can't what should I do. Please help

Next time they call you, ask them for their information (employee number, department location, supervisor names) and tell them that you will report them to the police and to the department of health. Be assertive when you tell them to not call you anymore and if they do so, you will proceed with the reporting to the authorities.
