 If someone who has three seperate charges in three diffeent counties of the same kind of charge (shoplifting) within a four month time period, be able to run them concurrent? What would the best choice of action be,if any for the defense?

Depends, were they felony charges? Whatever the case get an attorney. Stay out of the stores until that someone gets some willpower. Has the person been to court for any of the 3 charges yet and if so what was the outcome? Hope everything works out. Also look up Jacksgal in the members list, they have a site under the signiture that deals in cases that invloves shoplifting.

www.thelaw.com Here I found it for you. Again I hope all works out and get some help before that someone end sup in prison for a lomg long time. not to mention not being able to shop at those locations anymore.

I hate to say it but your best choice of action is to stop stealing.
