I lied on a car loan saying that my wages were more then what they are. I filled out all paperwork and received the car and have had it for a few weeks now. After the first week of having the car, the loan company did the wage verification, I'm not sure if my job sent back information to the loan company, but they did fire me for falsifying my check stubs. I figured the car or loan company would be be coming after me for the car. Are they entitled to the car because I lied? Will they repo it? if they ask for it and I refuse is it my right to keep it?

OP, you might want to be prepared for a repossession of the car.
In fact, I'm sure they'll repo the car.
The bigger problem will be the potential criminal charges that could flow from yoyr alleged actions.
If you are criminally charges, arrested, and incarcerated you'd be wise to make no admissions or give no statements.
Please ask for a lawyer, keep quiet, and be polite.

Read your contract. It likely allows for them to void the sale and recover the car for any reason within a certain time period. Once outside that window, so long as you make timely payments, you wont get repossessed. If they do repo outside that window they will have to jump through a few hoops to do it legally. It will be easier for them to wait a short time until you are one second late with a payment.
