Can this be police harassment?

Army Judge says I shouldn't even talk about it so I deleted my post - forgive me for wondering. Maybe if I had a lawyer who returns calls I wouldn't have to wonder.

Congratulations, you're back at work!

You don't have any proof as to who might have called your boss.

It might have been a rival parking service posing as the police.

Your boss might have made it up.

It could have been a prankster.

I doubt that it was the police.

Why?

The police don't make phone calls when looking for someone. The police don't tip their hand that they're coming. The police just show up, arrest warrant in hand.

I don't believe the police made the call. But, even if they did, so what? Your boss waited until you were arrested on some nothing ordinance violation to suspend you.

My advice, let this play out in court. Stop talking about it, until it's over. If you have a case against anyone, it's against your landlord. Even that case is flawed. Follow the advice of your attorney. Stop talking.

There are no parking vendors any where near the concert center, only the concert center parking, that is why homeowners (we are not the only one) nearby do this.

So either I am dealing with rogue police who do things cops never do, or my supervisor and district manager are liars...don't know which is worse.

Good idea to stay mum on this until trial. I think you'll beat this. They have nothing on you. It wasn't your gig. It was your landlord's.

I think the city or the venue tried to ruin you. They set you up and sent the cops to arrest you. I suspect this, or something like this set this off. You guys were making their money. They didn't like it. They're greedy con-artists. You guys must have been their biggest competition. Hang on, your day is coming. Theirs is too!!!

My last guess is that your boss is lying. I think he's telling the truth. He probably was called. But, it wasn't a cop. I think it was the venue trying discover all they could. He should have told you. I'd look for another job, ASAP. They were unfair to to what they did.
