Can u be fired for answering phone wrong

I cover for this woman for every cig. break and her lunch , only I. Well I ansered phone by speaker phone, this woman is dirty and always sore on her face, mouth. Well yesterday I was written up for using speaker, instead of putting this disgusting thing to my face and mouth. And was told next time I will be fired. Is this really possiable. Been here for 8 yrs with company.

If that is company procedure then yes you could. Maybe get your own headset or carry around some anti bacterial wipes or something........

When "pussface" takes her breaks, have her forward her line to your phone. That way, you can do your work, and answer her phone. You also never have to get her "ooze" onto your face!
