can you get in trouble if someone is receiving child support and receiving extra cash to the person

i have a question if someone is paying child support to the department of collection and mother is recieving extra cash on hand isnt that fraud. if someone is doing fraud like that getting extra cash even though the father is paying child support, and cant not visit children even though he has visitation from court and mother does not let him see his children by law. if mother treatens father you can not see my children...... while she is collectiong extra cash...... this person that i am talking about her name is Selena Zeragosa has three boys she is collecting child support and extra money from father they went to court for visitation and she wont let him have rights her parent get in invloled and threaten him from seeing his children, what is that fraud recieving child support and extra cash on hand is that fraud

Talk to the police or a lawyer.

No, if Dad chooses to give Mom extra $$ over and above what he pays in CS, that is his choice. If Mom does not honor the visitation agreement, Dad can file to have Mom hauled back in front of the judge.

Who are you in this scenario?

So the dad is paying child support but he gives her money directly to her on top of that? Well that's his problem. If he wants to give her extra money that's a gift - and it does not count toward his child support. No it isn't fraud.

Also - if she's violating the court order for visitation he needs to take her to court for contempt. That's the only way he fixes that. She cannot withhold visitation from him.
