That's probably for the best. I think that the free tube sites are a huge problem that don't get enough recognition as problems.

You've probably heard about the huge scandals that PornHub had with underage girls. However, I also found court documents where victims were suing WGCZ, the parent company of Xvideos, because videos of the victiems were on the site and they were also underage.

But the judge dismissed the case because WGCZ isn't U.S. based. They operate in Europe (I think the offices are in Czechoslovakia) and the owners are french.

The pathetic reality of the tube sites is that they operated as wild west repositories for years. They allowed third parties - dumb ass joe citizen - to upload videos without age verification, which is a recipe for disaster.

Nowadays, PornHub does verify the uploads, and I think Xhamster does too from what I could find, but I think that there are a lot of sites that don't like Xvideos which is actually the most visited porn site out of all of them.

Basically, if the website has free porn uploaded by random strangers, then avoid at all costs.
