I am married to a Canadian citizen(I am American), but we would like to find out what tax implications there are for living in Canada and working in the US. The job is not in a border city and would involve going in and out of the US weekly for a few days each week. The company is based in NJ and the work is done in several states. Would he pay taxes in the US or Canada?
