Mom died home in her name after dad died, 11 heirs, 1 cannot be located. What are the procedures to take ownership on moms house ? All other heirs do not want any claim to the house. She had no other assets,no bank account no cash or properties.

I want home in my name.

My mom dies without a will she only left a home paid for under 50K, no other assets. I want no interest in this property. What form or letter can I give my sister relinquishing my interest or rights to the home ?

If you don't want an interest in the property, and your name isn't on the deed, you don't need to do anything.
