Can I cancel a motor vehicle retail installment sales contract if I was scammed and tricked into signing it and did not even get a copy of it? Delearship is refusing to let me give back the car and get my trade back, what can I do, I already put a stop pay on the checks I wrote for down payments.

Stopping payment in a check tendered to a merchant is a crime in a few states.
In other states, stopping payment on a debt is a civil matter.
Civil or criminal, you still owe the underlying debt imposed by the contract you signed.
You still possess the car.

I suggest you read and acquaint yourself with the contract you willingly signed.

You're not going to eliminate the debt by claiming foul, sorry.

I suggest you consult with an attorney in your county.
You might be able to negotiate a settlement, but that's between you and the dealership.

Otherwise, stopping payment will potentially create bigger issues for you.

The contract was not even fully showed to me just a signature line and was told that it was needed it while we use the vehicle to get financed at different terms that we agree on with sales rep. Then when I want to bring the car back a week later after I told them I was tried of you guys trying to get me approved at the payment I want, sales manager threatens to cash in a contract with terms that I was not disclose and agreed to. Can I just call the bank and have them cancel the new loan.

The problem is YOU WILLINGLY signed the contract.
That's extremely difficult to overcome.
Talking to the bank won't hurt, but the dealership holds the current paper.
In most cases, until you've made the first payment, the dealer is also a co-signer on the note.
You must read the entire, boring contract.
What's in the contract is what you'll have to overcome.
