csa finaced me and I have never had issues with them until now.july i tried to make a payment on their website the way i have always been doing.from july 2nd until the 6th the website said my payment due was 0.00.when it wouldnt let me pay i saved a copy for my records. I then went back to try again on the 6th of july at this time my account said next payment due is on 071809 for 193.87.Then i started getting phone calls from csa.Jeff called and started to yell at me about my insurance. i adv jeff i had insurance on the car and he said he needed proof.After i said i would email him proof he started to talk about my payment from the 4th. I tried to explain to jeff what had happend. He then started yelling and being rude and wouldnt let me speak.After arguing with him i asked to speak to someone else he said no i asked to speak to someone higher he said no.said he would have someone come pick my car up for the way i was talking to him and he hung up.I then called back and got Gavin on the phone. I explained again. Gavin said i was now locked out of the system.I adv gavin this error was not my fault he said it didnt matter if their computer made an error its still on me and hung up. I didnt hear back from csa until today when i went and dropped a money order off at rock solid. he called threating and once again being rude and not listening. said my car had been up for repo but no one had ever contacted me or came to the house. i told him i made a payment he told me to go get it he didnt want it.my husband then got on the phone and gavin told us he would be calling the cops and hung up on me. all i want is this to be fixed because this was not our error and we had been trying to get this fixed,we were treated bad and talked to bad. they locked me out of the system so i coulndt do nothing. i have print outs with dates and times i tried to pay and it telling me the balance was 0.00 and when the next payment was due. after i made a complaint with the bbb they advised me that csa can not contact me until this is taken care of since then csa has continued to call and harass me even after i did tell them the complaint i made. i just want this matter to be fixed i did nothing wrong and this is not my error.i need to know my rights and anything i can do.
