Hi, Can someone help me out here?
My car is new, 30 days, and it has a malfunction, so I bring it to the dealer for fix and they told me to leave there for the night. the next day I was called to know that my car was hit and they will have it repaired at a body shop.
I mean this is a new car and this is ridiculous to me even if they repaired it.
I want to know what kind of rights do I have. Can I sue them for compensation more than just the repair? I know that car values are damaged here. right?
Can I ask for a new vehicle?
