I went into a jewelry store on Friday and was in there a good 20 minutes and came back out to get in my car .i was looking in my car for a peice of jewelry I wanted to take into the store when I felt something slam into the back of my car . I thought I had a car roll down the hill into my car it jolted my car so hard. I got out of the car and saw that two carts from the store next door had slammed into my rear bumper . I went next door to this tool store and asked for the manager who filled out an incident report I would like damages for what the two carts did to my car it actually put an indentation in my bumper and put a crack in the bumper .I called my insurance company and am hoping to be reimbursed for damages to my car what should I do
