Hi my mom helped buy me a car her name is listed as owner and I'm co owner the car is in her possession and has been since may I was paying all the notes till may and I lost my job now she wants to file a civil suit against me.. What can I do ? I'm not working what will happen if she takes me to court

My mom helped get me a car she is listed as owner and I'm co owner she has the car I was paying notes till I lost my job in may now I can't pay and she wants to take me to court ... What can I do? Can she have me arreseted
