I financed a car for 60 months. 3 months in I was late and the lender HSBC let me move 2 payments to the end of my loan. They were bought by Santander, I reached the end of my 60 months made all of my payments and now they are saying I still owe 1900.00. They are saying interest accrued on the payments i moved to the end of the loan. I get that but There is no way i accrued that much interest after all of these payments have been made. Can I sue them for breach of contract? I have asked on 3 occasions for a copy of my contract and the only thing they can provide me is the front page of a letter i received giving the loan terms which leads me to believe when they bought HSBC they didnt receive all of the files.

It appears they also added late fees. You can attempt to sue them for specific performance, however, you already admit you owe them money. How can they perform, if you have not paid them off.

all of the late fees have been paid. there are months of my contract where they applied zero dollars of my payments to interest. some months there are misc charges but no explanation of what those charges are.

You can sue anyone for anything.
That is never a issue, just a few forms,a signature or two,and a few bucks for service and filing fees.
Will you prevail?
You never know.
Do you have a case?
Could be, could be not. File and find out.
You won't be able to seek specific performance in small claims court. Small claims courts do not possess that power.
You can only sue for monetary damages. You want specific performance remedies (hand over my title), you'll have to take your case to a superior court.
You might get quicker results by contacting some high level mucking muck via written correspondence.
A nice letter requesting a specific remedy, offering a compromise can do wonders.
