during my wife previous marriage she co sign for a vehicle. when they divorce there was no property listed in the case because she thought the vehicle was paid off. the vehicle was kept by the ex husband and later turn back in to the dealer (bankruptcy). sold by the dealer. now a collection agency is calling about a settlement is ther something we can do?

Discuss the matter with your ex-wife and how you both will handle the pay off. Otherwise, the agency will go after both of you and this won't go away.
