I was the primary on a car purchased a few years back. My mother took over the payments as she was the co-signer when I moved out of the area (not taking the car with me). The car was repossesed, I called the finance company and explained I didnt know anything about the car so the court dismissed me without prejudice.
My mother filled for bankruptcy. And this is the last of the court rulings. I can't figure it out? I know they can sue me again, but what does Line 30 mean? What action are they taking now?
