but it's my car and I am the registered owner. The repo man didn't drop the car on request like I asked. Woke me up in the middle of the night and I explained we filed bankruptcy and that the car is going to be part of our deal. We don't want to give up the car. If the car is in our name why can't we take it back from the repo man?
