My car payments were backed up but i called toyota and made an arrangement to pay $700 on November 20th, they were supposed to cancel the repossession order but obviously didin't and they just took my car away. Can i sue them because the 20th still has not passed? I am really angry because everytime i call the representatives always give me different answers. What should i do?
