Lets say that I am selling a car, and the buyer agrees to buy the car as is. And the buyer only paid a down payment on my car and he signs the title but the car is not yet in his name. On the day that he is supposed to come and get the car he finds a car for a better deal, and he doesn't want my car anymore. But he wants his money back, do i have to give him his money back for the down payment?
