I am being sued for a car that broke while i was driving it. they said the spark plug broke off and got stuck in the engine and that the piston was not firing. I was also told that the engine block was melted. I was driving the car to the place she was getting marred. I was speeding on the way back. That is why they think what i did broke the care. The person suing me has not talked to me about the car, they have told other people i could not see the car. I was told by a person certified to fix cars that a spark plug would never ever get stuck in a engine. A missing spark plug would cause a car to shake when a piston did not fire in the right order its a $3 fix. They want me to pay for a new engine. Do they even have a shot at wining? Also is there any thing i should do? The people in the car with me want to stay out of it because its there mom.
