I have recently been given (3) tickets for failure to stop/report an accident, careless driving, and driving with an expired license. All three pertain to the same incident. I was wondering if there was a way to at least get a restricted driver's license out of this since I am a full-time college student and work as well? Also, money is an issue for me so I was wondering if it would be worth paying for an attorney or just represent myself. I don't know what kind of fines/punishment I'm facing so any advice would help. The only other thing on my driving record is a past OWI.(With my OWI, I pleaded stand mute at first, then was offered a reduced sentence to operating while impaired instead of intoxicated, do I have that option again to plead Stand Mute?) Pleeeaaassseee help me.

If you cannot afford this, you cannot afford an attorney.

This is your second big offence, I suggest you stop driving like a total idiot. You can hire an attorney if you want, maybe they can plea for you but being this is not your first offence, don't expect any leniency.
