Is there a specific time frame for seeking damages from a hospital
for negligence? My mother-in-law was improperly treated post surgery.
My father-in-law refused to file any kind of charges at the time of treatment.
Treatment was approx. 10 years ago., he has passed and my mother-in-law wants to explore her possibilities, her lungs were damaged and she now requires constant oxygen from routine post-op radiation treatments following breast cancer surgery.
