Carpet Cleaning-Need help or advice

I own a carpet cleaning company, we did cleaning for a woman over four months ago. She sent an email last night stating she was going to be taking us to small claims court for a refund of the cleaning cost because she states she was unhappy witht he results. First of all I had not heard from her in over four months since we did the cleaning, second of all we did absolutely no damage, and my technicians were at her home for half a day cleaning her destroyed carpet. Her carpets were in bad condition, and we weren't able to remove all of the spots, but we are not responsible for the spots being there in the first place. Is it possible for her to win a claim for a refund of a cleaning we provided four months ago?
