Recently I stole about $10 worth of items. I was pulled into the back, had my license copied and the security officer filled out some information on me. I was informed that I would be banned from all future store name and then they escorted me out.

However, I have a few questions:
1. Will I get a civil demand? Nothing about having to pay money was mentioned (I did offer to pay for the items, but the assistant manager said no). The woman just told me the consequences of my actions, told me that I would be banned, and then the assistant manager basically told me the same thing. No word of fines or fees.
2. If I do get a civil demand, will it come to my house? I am currently at school and verbally gave them my address here and am over 18, so I figured it may come here since I'm legally considered an adult.

Any other advice on what I should expect would be great.

And by security officer, I mean she worked for the store. She was not a police officer and no cops were called.

No one can say for certain but I would say there is a 99% chance yes you will get a letter of Civil Demand

The letter will go to whatever address you gave them

Ok, but she took down my information on my license as well which includes my home address. I figured since I verbally gave her my address here that it would come here, but I'm not sure.
