Caught buying marijuana (nothing in possesion)

I have been caught buying marijuana in Germany (Baden Wurttemberg). The story was at first, my phone got stolen by this 2 dealers. The other one ran and I caught the other one. I reported him to the police and with my stupidity, I told the police that these 2 people were trying to sell me marijuana. I told the police that I tried to buy marijuana for 20 euro but I still didn't have any marijuana with me. I signed something for them. Now there is a summon from the police which states that I am a suspect. What should I do regarding this matter?

Yeah it was very stupid of me to think that it wouldn't be a problem to tell them about this since I know that having 6g in your possession wouldn't be charged by the prosecution.
