Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Caught in OH first offense

Never have gotten caught before, got caught with 4 items worth a total of $62. I am 18. I have to goto court next week. I have already payed my civil fees, and I have written an apology letter to the store.

When I go I am planning on asking for a public defender

Will I have to serve time?

Will I have to do community service?

Will I be put on probation?

Is this worth using my expunge for or whatever?

Will I have to pay some other fee other then the civil fee to the store?

If you already paid Civil Demand that portion is over. You will have court fines though

As side note writing a letter to the store was unwise if you have not sent it yet dont. Wait until after your court case
