Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Caught shoplifting at Store name in Ohio.

My friend and I are both 16 years old. He wanted to steal some video games from Store name, and I went along with it. He opened the packages and I put the discs in my back pocket. When we were walking out, one of the guys we had seen in the store, dressed in completely normal clothes, told us that he needs his games back, and walked us into a back room. We gave the games up, gave the guy our names, addresses, and some other information. The police were called, a report was filed, and my friend and I both have to go to court. They released us both from the store after calling our parents. This is a first offense for both of us. What will the courts most likely do?
