Me and my girlfriend were caught shoplifting 68$ worth of cheap junk from a store. We were apprehended by Junk Loss prevention, the police were called and gave us a court date and a ban notice. We were very cooperative, and the officers and LS were very nice. We are 17, and have no record whatsoever. What will happen? Could it possibly be dismissed ?

No telling what will happen, but with the assistance of an attorney you could have some luck keeping this off your record or at least minimizing the damage.
If you haven't told your parents about this you will need to. You won't be able to appear in court without them.

Tell your mommy and daddy.
Then say nothing to anyone.
Ask mommy and daddy to hire a lawyer, if they have the big bucks.
If not, have mommy or daddy appear in court and request the judge appoint a public defender.
Forget what you might have said, because you're just teenagers.
You didn't know.
When you get a lawyer, he or she will SPLAIN the next steps.
Stay out of more trouble, DO attend school and DO well, and you could get a very pleasant surprise.

My parents know, but I forgot to mention an important detail. My court date is after my birthday, so I will be 18.

You're good, you WERE a JUVIE when it all allegedly occurred.

You might be charged as adult. However that does not change the answers you already got. Talk to an Attorney ask about ACD or Diversion as plea options and remove store name from your post

As noted, talk to a lawyer about your options. I removed the name of the store from the title of your thread for your protection.
