Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Caught shoplifting the second time

About two years ago I was caught shoplifting and received a fine and ordered to take a course to prevent shoplifting..After it was all said and done they had it expunged from my record..Well long story short I ended up getting caught shoplifting again the other day and now I have a court date set for January. I'm honestly scared. Can they bring up my prior and will I face any jail time?
